Jonathan Oliverio

Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan Oliverio BA (Hons), Assoc CIPD, Dip CMI

Job Description: Jonathan is one of the founders of Youth Genesis, driving the vision to bring sustainable and effective youth services for all young people. Jonathan’s role involves working with the Board of Directors to design and implement strategy as well as working behind the scenes to develop new partnerships, generate new business and secure funding to ensure the sustainability and growth of services for the benefit of young people.

With a background in rural community development and targeted work with young people at risk, Jonathan is passionate about working with communities at the grassroots level to grow life changing opportunities for disadvantaged young people. Jonathan believes that the solutions to most social dilemmas lie within the community – through processes of co-design and using strength-based methodologies, communities can self-identify local assets that can effect positive social change.
